Solo Traveler
Nice big and clean rooms, but a little outside location. You have to drive at least 10 Minutes for shopping or restaurants. Very friendly staff and a good overall experience.

Family with Teens
The service was excellent with friendly staff. The self serving breakfast bar was as good as it gets! I initially was going to stay across the bay because I was attending my nephews football game at Menlo College but found this place. My other family members stayed at a much smaller and definitely less comfortable place closer to Menlo, but they paid way too much for it. My wife and daughter and her fiancee were thrilled to see our hotel vs. our relatives. It was worth the drive across the bay! Thank you very much. ...read more

This hotel and the Hyatt Place design in general is far above any of the similar offering from Sheraton, Marriott, etc. The layout of the room is perfect for medium length stays. I found myself thinking I could live here for quite awhile and never felt this before about any hotel at any price! ...read more

The hotel is right off the freeway. It is very nice and clean. I was surprised at the price I paid for such a nice hotel. I will definitely go back next time I stay in the San Jose area.
